Canceling App Subscription on an Apple Device:
– Open the “Settings” app on your iOS device.
– Tap on your name at the top of the Settings menu to access your Apple ID settings.
– Tap on “Subscriptions” (if you’re using an older version of iOS, it may be labeled as “iTunes & App Store”).
– You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions. Look for “Shape App” and tap on it.
– On the subscription details page for Shape App, tap on the “Cancel Subscription” option. Follow any additional prompts to confirm the cancellation.
– After canceling, the subscription will still be active until the current billing period ends. You’ll retain access to the Shape App features until then.

Updating Payment Details on an Apple Device:
– Open the “Settings” app on your iOS device.
– Tap on your name at the top of the Settings menu to access your Apple ID settings.
– Tap on “Payment & Shipping” or “Payment & Subscriptions.”
– You may be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID if you haven’t already.
– Under the “Payment Method” section, tap on the payment method you want to update.
– Edit the necessary details such as card number, expiration date, or billing address. You can also add a new payment method by tapping on “Add Payment Method.”
– After making the necessary changes, tap “Done” or “Save” to update your payment details.

You can access your personal fitness plan, workouts and exercises only through our application.

We currently support only English and Turkish. We do not currently have the option to change the language of the application from within the application. Whatever the language of your phone, the application appears the same way.
